Success stories are rarely built in comfort. Behind every founder is a journey filled with ambition, setbacks, sacrifices, and personal challenges. The story of Deepak Morya, founder of Softair Technology and Nxttour India, is one such journey of resilience and determination.
Deepak Morya, based in Ghaziabad and Ghazipur, India, shares that his interest in business began at a very young age. While many students focused only on academics, Deepak always wanted to create something of his own and build businesses from scratch.

Driven by this entrepreneurial mindset, he launched his first startup, Nxttour India, during his college years while continuing his graduation. The platform was created with the idea of helping people discover beautiful travel destinations across India and making travel information more accessible.
However, building a startup while managing studies was not easy. Coming from a family facing financial limitations, Deepak knew he needed both practical experience and stronger technical skills. To improve himself, he started with a 2-month unpaid internship, where he focused entirely on learning.
After completing the internship, he joined another company for a 3-month paid internship, gaining further industry exposure and real-world project experience. These early opportunities helped him strengthen his foundation in software development and technology.
As his skills improved, Deepak began receiving multiple job offers from companies in Noida. However, due to a lack of institutional support during college, he was unable to pursue some of these opportunities.
Eventually, he secured a work-from-home job, where he worked professionally for nearly a year while continuing to sharpen his technical and business understanding.
Life, however, had different plans. During this phase, Deepak and his family faced a deeply painful personal tragedy with the loss of his younger brother. This incident had a profound emotional and financial impact on the family and changed the direction of his life.
After witnessing the difficult condition of his family, Deepak decided to prioritize independence and long-term financial stability. Instead of continuing on a traditional job path, he committed himself fully to entrepreneurship and business building.
This decision eventually led him to establish and grow multiple ventures, including Softair Technology, a company focused on software development, mobile apps, websites, and business automation solutions.
Today, Deepak is not only an entrepreneur but also a startup mentor and investor, helping others transform ideas into businesses. With expertise in Laravel, Flutter, React, Android Development, and web technologies, he continues building digital products and supporting startup founders.
Deepak also holds certifications from Google and HackerRank, reflecting his commitment to technical excellence and continuous learning.
For Deepak, entrepreneurship is no longer just a career path—it is a mission built from personal experience, responsibility, and vision.
